Eligibility & Registration

Use of the fp88 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are registering as an individual in your own name. Corporate registrations, registrations on behalf of third parties, and registrations under fictitious names are not permitted.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered fp88 account. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination of the above — is prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.

When registering your fp88 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. Account Management

Your fp88 account is personal to you. You must not share your fp88 Login credentials — including your username and password — with any other person. You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed, all casino games played, and all withdrawal requests submitted, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded (late-bet scenario).
• The odds at which the bet was accepted were the result of a manifest pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure.
• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling period specified in the applicable sport rules.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of the event outcome.

Amendments to These Terms

fp88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://fp88.bar/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document.

Where fp88 makes a material change to these Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a notice on the fp88 platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the fp88 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended agreement.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the fp88 platform and request closure of your account before the amended Terms take effect. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
